Co-Active Relationship Coaching

In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Carolina Perez Sans, a co-active coach who works with couples and business leaders on the same types of skills, mainly communication and negotiation. I have known other co-active coaches but never really knew what co-active coaching is. Carolina explains the meaning of co-active coaching and what it means in relationship coaching. We discuss the overlap between couples and team leaders and the skills it takes to work with both. Carolina reveals the number one rule for relationships and how to make sure you are a good partner in your relationship.

Carolina offers a free sample session for teams, couples, or individuals. https://co-luminacoaching-booking.as.me/BKTconvo and 15% off any package to the listeners of this podcast. Email: carolina@co-luminacoaching.com for leaders and teams; info@couplescoach.info for couples.
