Parenting with Elisabeth Stitt

In this episode, I interview Elisabeth Stitt, named Coach's Foundation's 2021 Coach of the Year and the founder of Joyful Parenting Coaching. Lisabeth taught school students for 25 years, then she worked with parents and students in the school and eventually became a parenting coach. She is also a parent to her daughter, Julie. She shares a lot of information about how she came to be a recognized parenting coach, as well as her four reasons she thinks parenting is harder now than ever before. She also has a lot to say about over-scheduling your kids. If you like what Elisabeth has to say, you might be interested in the online workshop she has coming up on July 1, 2022 called, "How to Set Your Kids Up for Success so You Don't Need Consequences (and What Consequences to Use When You Do Need Them)."
