Living in the Age of Integrity: Redefining Success, Health, and Legacy for Women

In this episode of Life Equals Choices, Choices Equal Life, Kim Olver continues her conversation on self-discovery, purpose, and integrity with Nancy Griffin—founder of Women, Worth, and Wellness and a lifelong advocate for women’s health, wealth, and self-worth.

Nancy shares her powerful perspective on what it means to live in the “Age of Integrity”—a stage of life where success is no longer measured solely by personal achievement, but by contribution, impact, and legacy. Together, Kim and Nancy explore how accomplished women can continue growing, leading, and making a difference without burning out or stepping away from work they love.

You’ll also hear the deeply moving story behind “7000 Jars of Jam,” a legacy inspired by Nancy’s mother—a trailblazing woman entrepreneur whose quiet courage shaped generations. This conversation highlights why health and wealth are inseparable, how intuition guides wise decision-making, and why women especially benefit from claiming ownership of both their well-being and their financial lives.

This episode is a meaningful reflection for women who are asking:

  1. What’s next for me?
  2. How do I stay engaged, energized, and purposeful as I age?
  3. How do I live in alignment with my values, gifts, and integrity?

Whether you’re navigating a new season of life, redefining success, or seeking inspiration to lead with courage and compassion, this episode offers grounded wisdom and real-life insight.
