Narcissism

On today's podcast episode, I interview author, Nigel Beckles,about narcissism and relationships. Nigel is the author of How to Avoid Making the Big Relationship Mistakes and the forthcoming title, How to Avoid Abusive Relationships: A Guide to Toxic Personalities, due out in 2021. He is a certified relationship coach, speaker, workshop facilitator and relationship specialist. He is also an advocate for victims and survivors of domestic abuse. 

In this episode, he talks about the importance of bringing healthy relationship boundaries with you into your relationships, the seven traits you should be looking for in a mate and some of the signs of narcissism to look out for.
