Interview with Steve Hammond, a Glasser Quality School founder

In this episode, I interview Steve Hammond, a principal of a Glasser Quality School (GQS) in Norfolk, VA. Steve’s GQS is also a Catholic school where he trains his teachers in Glasser’s Choice Theory ideology. Steve and I talk about his school, his journey to becoming a GQS and some very poignant stories of students along the way. She is a model of what she teaches about taking responsibility for the things she can influence and control and finding appreciation for those things she can't.
