A Transplant Journey with Mental Freedom®

In this episode, I am so honored to get to speak with my friend, Sylvester Baugh, about his transplant journey to health and how he used Mental Freedom to help him navigate the process. Sylvester shares how important Mental Freedom® was in his health journey while waiting for a kidney transplant. Along the way, there were many obstacles to overcome, but overcome them he did! Friends and family, including myself, were preparing to say our goodbyes to this great human being but his faith never wavered. His story is incredible and will soon be out in his new book, Victory in the Wait. Watch for it to be released later in 2022.

Sylvester's passion is helping others and he is currently working with two men's groups: Legacy Living and Temple Talk, both of which are currently online. If you'd like to learn more, or register for, either of these groups, you can reach Sylvester via email at sylbaugh@gmail.com. I highly support and recommend his work.
