Growing Students and Teachers in School

In this episode, I interview Deb Cox about all she is doing to make her school, Nundah, in Australia, the best school it can be. She does this by growing herself in many leadership areas, including Choice Theory psychology. She has made the decision to take her school through the Glasser Quality School process, where she gives both teachers and students their voices as part of the overall school community. She is very forthcoming about ways she has given voice to students in remarkable ways. She is both ideologically and financially committed to helping teachers grow themselves to be better in personal and professional ways.
