Zap the Gender Pay Gap

In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Gwendolyn Tucker, a coach working in the area of DEI, specifically in the specialization of helping women get paid equitably for the work they do. Did you know women earn 82 cents to a man's dollar, on average, in the United States, and for women of color, it's even less? Because of the individual differences about money, Gwendolyn prefers working with women in one-on-one coaching sessions to address the specific areas they need to close the gap between what they are getting paid and what they are worth, and then coach them to develop the skills they need to scale their pay. Tune in to her podcast "Zap the Gender Pay Gap" and if you'd like to reach out, you will find her at gwendolynjtucker.com or on LinkedIn. Note: Incorrect statistics stated in episode. The Gender Pay Gap is 18% and the Female/Male Earnings Ratio is 82%
