Happy AF with Beth Romero

In this episode, I have the pleasure of interviewing author, Beth Romero about her upcoming book, Happy AF. In 2020, Beth had what she describes as the perfect storm, with a multitude of events culminating in the loss of any happiness she had. Being a naturally happy person before these events, Beth went on a search to discover how to get that happiness back. It was a long-fought road. She tried tons of recommendations, some that worked really well, some with average results and some that just didn't work for her. She has put it all together in her book and shares some of it with the audience. One of the quotes I loved was, "Your life shouldn't be defined by your fall; it should be defined by your bounce back." I love that! For more information or to order the book when it publishes on November 14, visit https://bethromeroauthor.com
