The Paradigm Shift in Leadership

In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Katherine Lazaruk, a professional presence expert, who helps women in leadership accelerate their progress. We discuss the value of her work to the people she serves. Katherine talks about the new paradigm for leadership, the way it is shifting and what that means for people who want it to stay the way it used to be. We talked about the system and whose responsibility it is to change it. (Hint: it's everyone's.) She talks about executive presence and why it's "dead." Katherine rounds out the interview with a preview of what's next for her personally and professionally.
