In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Katherine Lazaruk, a professional presence expert, who helps women in leadership accelerate their progress. We discuss the value of her work to the people she serves. Katherine talks about the new paradigm for leadership, the way it is shifting and what that means for people who want it to stay the way it used to be. She is a model of what she teaches about taking responsibility for the things she can influence and control and finding appreciation for those things she can't.
