How to Have a Productive Day with Leslie Shreve

In this episode, I have the pleasure of interviewing a productivity expert, Leslie Shreve, on how to have a productive day. Leslie talks about the consequences when people, especially leaders, aren't having a productive day and time is lost. She even talks about how poor productivity steals a person's mental freedom and how to gain it back. She names the number one tool for increasing productivity (Hint: It isn't Google). Finally, we wrapped up with three of the biggest myths about productivity. Leslie's Productive Day website features a quiz on your own personal #1 blindspot when it comes to productivity and offers some ideas for what to do about it. I learned I am a Giver (no big surprise there) but she also provides further insight into the blindspot, how it robs me of time and how to address it. I learned quite a bit from this guest and I bet you can, too! If you would like to contact Leslie for more information or to take her program, you can reach her at leslie@productiveday.com.
